This medication may reason life-threatening heart or circulation problems such as heart onslaught or stroke, especially if you use it long term. Do not use just till or after heart bypass surgery (coronary artery bypass graft, or CABG).
Get abnormal medical help if you have chest pain, weakness, shortness of breath, slurred speech, or problems with vision or balance.
This medication may also reason serious effects on the stomach or intestines, including bleeding or perforation (forming of a hole). These conditions can be fatal and can occur without warning, especially in older adults.
Call your doctor at once if you have symptoms of stomach bleeding such as black, bloody, or tarry stools, or coughing up blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds.
This medicine must not be given to a baby or teenager who has a fever, especially if the baby also has flu symptoms or chicken pox. Salicylates can reason a serious and sometimes fatal condition called Reye's syndrome in children.
Choline magnesium trisalicylate is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that contains a combination of choline salicylate and magnesium salicylate.
Choline magnesium trisalicylate is used to reduce pain and inflammation caused by conditions such as arthritis. This medicine is also used to treat fever in adults.
Choline magnesium trisalicylate may also be used for purposes not listed in this medicine guide.

You must not use this medicine if you are allergic to aspirin or to an NSAID, or if you have recently used cidofovir (Vistide), ketorolac (Toradol), or nasal flu vaccine (FluMist).
To create certain you can safely take this medication, speak your doctor if you have any of these another conditions:
· heart malady, tall blood pressure, congestive heart failure, or a history of stroke or heart attack;
· a stomach ulcer or intestinal bleeding;
· a bleeding or blood clotting disorder;
· diabetes;
· anemia (a lack of red blood cells);
· liver or kidney disease;
· an enzyme deficiency called glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (G6PD);

Choline magnesium trisalicylate can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing child. Do not use this medicine without telling your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.

Take exactly as predesigned by your doctor. Do not take in larger or less amounts or for longer than recommended. Follow the directions on your prescription label.
Take choline magnesium trisalicylate with food, milk, or an antacid if it upsets your stomach. You may need to take the medication at bedtime, at least 30 minutes till you lie down.
Measure liquid medication with a particular dose-measuring spoon or cup, not a regular table spoon. If you do not have a dose-measuring device, ask your pharmacist for one. You may mix the liquid with a little amount of fruit juice to create the medication taste better. Stir the mixture well and drink all of it right away.
It may take up to 3 weeks till your symptoms improve. Hold using the medicine as directed and speak your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks of treatment.
This medicine can reason unusual results with determined medical trials. Speak any doctor who treats you that you are using choline magnesium trisalicylate.
If you need surgery, speak the surgeon onward of time that you are using choline magnesium trisalicylate. You may need to stop using the medication for a short time.
Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
Take the missed doze as soon as you remember. Skip the missed doze if it is nearly time for your following scheduled doze. Do not take extra medication to create up the missed dose.
Search abnormal medical attention or call the Poison Help line at 1-800-222-1222. Overdose symptoms may include ringing in your ears, severe dizziness or drowsiness, confusion, or seizure (convulsions).
If you also take an antibiotic, avoid taking it within 2 hours till or after you take choline magnesium trisalicylate. This medicine can create it harder for your body to absorb determined antibiotics.
If you are also taking low-dose aspirin to prevent heart onslaught or stroke, do not stop taking it or change your doze without your doctor's advice. Aspirin must be used for cardiovascular conditions only under the supervision of a doctor.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist till using any cool, allergy, or pain medication. Much medicines accessible over the counter contain salicylates or NSAIDs. · blood in your urine, urinating more or smaller than usual;
· hearing problems, ringing in your ears;
· severe stomach pain, ongoing nausea or vomiting, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes);
· light bruising or bleeding, unusual weakness; or
· quick or pounding heartbeats, feeling like you might pass out.
Smaller serious side effects may include:
· heartburn, upset stomach, diarrhea, constipation;
· dizziness, drowsiness, lack of energy; or
· headache.

Ask your doctor till taking an antidepressant such as citalopram (Celexa), duloxetine (Cymbalta), escitalopram (Lexapro), fluoxetine (Prozac, Sarafem, Symbyax), fluvoxamine (Luvox), paroxetine (Paxil), sertraline (Zoloft), or venlafaxine (Effexor). Taking any of these drugs with an NSAID may reason you to bruise or bleed easily.
Much drugs can interact with choline magnesium trisalicylate. Adown is just a partial list. Speak your doctor if you are using:
· cyclosporine (Gengraf, Neoral, Sandimmune);
· lithium (Eskalith, LithoBid);
· methotrexate (Rheumatrex, Trexall);
· a blood thinner such as warfarin (Coumadin), or medicine used to prevent blood clots, such as clopidogrel (Plavix);
· diabetes medicine you take by mouth;
· a diuretic (water pill);
· heart or blood pressure medication;
· medication to treat or prevent osteoporosis;
· seizure medicine such as phenytoin (Dilantin), phenobarbital (Solfoton), or valproic acid (Depakene);
· medicines that contain sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate, or potassium citrate; or
· steroid medication (prednisone and others).
This list is not complete and there are much another drugs that can interact with choline magnesium trisalicylate. Speak your doctor about all medications you use. This includes prescription, over-the-counter, vitamin, and herbal commodity. Do not start a new medicine without telling your doctor. Hold a list of all your medicines and show it to any healthcare provider who treats you.
