• Aclidinium will not work quick satis to treat a bronchospasm attack. Use only a fast-acting inhalation medication for a bronchospasm onslaught.
• Stop using aclidinium and call your doctor at once if you have painful or difficult urination, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, eye pain or redness, or seeing halos or bright colors near lights;
• Aclidinium is a bronchodilator.
• Aclidinium is used to prevent bronchospasm in adults with chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or another forms of COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).
• Aclidinium may also be used for purposes not listed in this medicine guide.
• You must not use aclidinium if you are allergic to it.
• To create certain aclidinium is safety for you, speak your doctor if you have:
· narrow-angle glaucoma;
· bladder obstruction or another urination problems;
· enlarged prostate; or
· an allergy to milk proteins.
• FDA pregnancy category C. It is not known whether aclidinium will harm an unborn child. Speak your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant while using this medication.
• It is not known whether aclidinium passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing child. Speak your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.
• Do not give this medicine to anyone under 18 years old without medical advice.
• Follow all directions on your prescription label. Do not take this medication in larger or less amounts or for longer than recommended.

• Aclidinium is a powder that comes with a particular inhaler device preloaded with measured doses of this medication. The device delivers a single doze every time you press a button on the inhaler.
• This medicine comes with patient instructions for using the inhaler device. Follow these directions carefully. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions.
• Aclidinium must be used at evenly spaced intervals, generally each 12 hours.
• Use aclidinium regularly to get the most benefit. Get your prescription refilled till you run out of medication completely.
• Call your doctor or search medical attention if you think your fast-acting inhaler medications are not working as well.
• Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Hold this medication in the sealed pouch before ready to use. Do not store the inhaler device on top of any surface that vibrates.
• Throw the inhaler device away 45 days after you have taken it out of the sealed pouch, or if the doze indicator shows a nought or the device locks, whichever comes first. Every inhaler device contains 60 doses.
• Use the missed doze as soon as you remember. Skip the missed doze if it is nearly time for your following scheduled doze. Do not use extra medication to create up the missed dose.
• Search abnormal medical attention or call the Poison Help line at 1-800-222-1222.
• If this medicine gets in your eyes, rinse with water.
• Get abnormal medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your person, lips, tongue, or throat.
• Stop using aclidinium and call your doctor at once if you have:
· wheezing, choking, or another breathing problems after using this medication;
· blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, eye pain or redness, or seeing halos or bright colors near lights;
· heighten urination, painful or difficult urination;
· few or no urinating; or
· worsening or no improvement in your symptoms.
• General side effects may include:
· stuffy nose, sore throat, sinus pain;
· cough; or
· headache.
• This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may message side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.
• Speak your doctor about all medicines you use, and those you start or stop using during your treatment with aclidinium, especially:
· atropine;
· bladder or urinary medicines such as darifenacin, fesoterodine, oxybutynin, tolterodine, solifenacin;
· bronchodilators such as ipratropium or tiotropium;
· cool or allergy medication that contains an antihistamine;
· medicine for Parkinson's malady; or
· medicine to treat excess stomach acid, stomach ulcer, motion sickness, or irritable bowel syndrome.
