Probenecid reduces the loss of dexketoprofen, 
diflunisal, 
ketoprofen, ketorolac, indometacin, meclofenamate, 
naproxen, tenoxicam and tiaprofenic acid from the body, and raises their 
serum levels. Increased 
clinical effects have been seen for indometacin, but indometacin 
toxicity has also occurred. 
 Increased levels do occur, which could reasonably be expected to result in increased beneficial and adverse effects. However, the 
clinical outcome of this interaction is uncertain and so action (e.g. dose adjustments) should be based on the response of the patient. Note that 
probenecid is specifically contraindicated by the manufacturers of ketorolac.
