Although
rifampicin causes only a modest increase in
fluconazole clearance, the reduction in its effects may possibly be clinically important.
Fluconazole does not appear to affect
rifampicin pharmacokinetics.
Monitor concurrent use and increase the
fluconazole dosage if necessary.
