You must not use this medicine if you are allergic to vorinostat, or if you have severe liver disease.
Do not use vorinostat if you are pregnant. It could harm the unborn child.
You must not breast-feed while you are using vorinostat.
Drink at least 2 liters of water every day to hold from getting dehydrated while you are taking vorinostat. Speak your doctor if you have severe vomiting or diarrhea during treatment.
Do not crush or open a vorinostat capsule. Swallow it intact. The medication internal the capsule can be dangerous if it gets in your eyes, mouth, or nose, or on your skin. If this occurs, wash your skin with soap and water or rinse your eyes with water. Ask your doctor or pharmacist how to safely handle and dispose of a broken tablet or capsule.
You may need regular medical trials to be certain this medicine is not causing deleterious effects. Visit your doctor regularly.
Stop using vorinostat and call your doctor at once if you have chest pain, sudden cough, wheezing, rapid breathing, coughing up blood, swelling or warmth in one or both legs, fever, chills, mouth sores, light bruising or bleeding, bloody or tarry tools, or severe vomiting or diarrhea.
Vorinostat is used to treat skin problems caused by cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
Vorinostat is generally given after another treatments have been tried without successful treatment.
Vorinostat may also be used for purposes not listed in this medicine guide.
You must not use this medicine if you are allergic to vorinostat, or if you have severe liver disease.
To create certain vorinostat is safety for you, speak your doctor if you have any of these another conditions:
· diabetes;
· liver disease;
· kidney disease;
· anemia (low red blood cells);
· an electrolyte imbalance (such as tall or low potassium levels in your blood);
· a private or family history of Long QT syndrome;
· a history of stroke or blood clot; or
· if you have recently been ill with vomiting or diarrhea.
FDA pregnancy category D. Do not use vorinostat if you are pregnant. It could harm the unborn child. Use effective birth control, and speak your doctor if you become pregnant during treatment.
It is not known whether vorinostat passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing child. You must not breast-feed while you are using vorinostat.
Take exactly as predesigned by your doctor. Do not take in larger or less amounts or for longer than recommended. Your doctor may occasionally change your doze to create certain you get the excellent results. Follow the directions on your prescription label.

Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
Take the missed doze as soon as you remember. Skip the missed doze if it is nearly time for your following scheduled doze. Do not take extra medication to create up the missed dose.

Overdose symptoms may include severe forms of some of the side effects listed in this medicine guide.
This medication can pass into body fluids (including urine, feces, vomit, semen, vaginal fluid). For at least 48 hours after you receive a doze, avoid allowing your body fluids to come into contact with your hands or another surfaces. Patients and caregivers must wear rubber gloves while cleaning up body fluids, handling contaminated trash or laundry or changing diapers. Wash hands till and after removing gloves. Wash soiled clothing and linens apart from another laundry.
Body fluids must not be handled by a woman who is pregnant or who may become pregnant. Use condoms during sexual activity to avoid exposure to body fluids.
Avoid becoming overheated or dehydrated during exercice and in hot weather.
Get abnormal medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your person, lips, tongue, or throat.
Stop using vorinostat and call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as:
· chest pain, sudden cough, wheezing, rapid breathing;
· pain, swelling, warmth, or redness in one or both legs;
· fever, chills, body aches, flu symptoms, sores in your mouth and throat;
· pale skin, feeling light-headed or short of breath, rapid heart course, trouble concentrating;
· light bruising, unusual bleeding (nose, mouth, vagina, or rectum), purple or red pinpoint spots under your skin;
· severe or ongoing vomiting or diarrhea;
· bloody, black, or tarry stools;
· coughing up blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds;
· feeling very thirsty or hot, being unable to urinate, hard sweating or hot and dry skin; or
· tall blood sugar (increased thirst, heighten urination, famine, dry mouth, fruity breath odor, drowsiness, dry skin, blurred vision).
Smaller serious side effects may include:
· nausea, constipation, diarrhea;
· loss of appetite, weight loss;
· headache, weary feeling;
· itching, chills;
· dry mouth;
· hair loss;
· altered sense of taste;
· muscle spasms; or
· cool symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, cough, sore throat.

· a blood thinner such as warfarin; or
