Tab: 62.5 mg; Children and adults:
Roundworm, pinworm, trichostrongyliasis: 11 mg/kg PO x 1 (max 1000 mg). Repeat dose in two weeks to treat pinworm.
Hookworm: 11 mg/kg/day PO qd x 3 days (max 1000 mg/day)
