PHENOBARBITAL AND VIGABATRIN

Vigabatrin causes a trivial decrease in phenobarbital and primidone levels. There is
some evidence that phenobarbital may reduce the efficacy of vigabatrin in infantile spasms.
The clinical significance of this potential interaction is unclear.
