Normally no interaction occurs, but in rare cases
neomycin can cause a
malabsorption syndrome, which may reduce vitamin K absorption and lead to over-anticoagulation.
This interaction seems rare, but bear it in mind in case of an excessive response to anticoagulant treatment.
