Naproxen sodium (Aleve, Anaprox); NSAID; Tab: 220, 275, 550 mg
Tab, CR: 412.5, 550 mg; >2 yrs:
Analgesia: 5-7 mg/kg/dose PO q8-12h
inflammatory: 10-15 mg/kg/day PO bid (max 1000 mg/day).
Take with food. 200 mg naproxen = 220 mg naproxen sodium.
