• Do not give a chewable tablet to a baby younger than 4 years old. The baby may choke on the tablet. Use only liquid forms of this medication in young children.

• Measure the liquid form of multivitamin with iron and fluoride using a particular dose-measuring spoon or cup, not a regular table spoon. If you do not have a dose-measuring device, ask your pharmacist where you can get one.

• The liquid may also be mixed with water, fruit juice, or infant formula.

• Brush teeth regularly, at least two times every day, or after meals. This will help prevent tooth discoloration.
