High-dose
medroxyprogesterone acetate (1 g daily) increases the
half-life and reduces the clearance of
warfarin by about 70% and 35%, respectively.
Monitor the effect of concurrent use on the anticoagulant response and adjust the
warfarin dose as necessary.
