Erythromycin increased the maximum serum levels of eletriptan 2-fold and the AUC 3.6-fold in one study.
The manufacturers suggest that concurrent use of erythromycin and other macrolide inhibitors of CYP3A4 (such as clarithromycin and telithromycin) should be avoided. Other macrolides seem less likely to interact, see macrolides.
