HERBAL MEDICINES OR DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS AND WARFARIN AND OTHER ORAL ANTICOAGULANTS - FENUGREEK
A report describes a woman taking warfarin whose INR rose modestly when she began to take boldo and fenugreek. She was eventually restabilised with a 15% dose reduction.
If patients on warfarin take boldo/fenugreek it may be prudent to check the INR after 1 to 2 weeks.
