HERBAL MEDICINES OR DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS AND TICLOPIDINE

Ginkgo biloba has been associated with platelet, bleeding and clotting disorders and there are isolated reports of serious adverse reactions after its concurrent use with ticlopidine.
Caution should be exercised if Ginkgo biloba is used with any drug that affects platelet aggregation.
