CLOPIDOGREL AND HEPARIN

A study showed that the dosage of heparin did not need modification when given with clopidogrel, and the inhibitory effects of clopidogrel on platelet aggregation were unchanged.
Although no pharmacokinetic interaction occurs the manufacturers still advise
caution because of the possible risk of increased bleeding.
