Terbinafine causes a small, usually clinically unimportant fall in
ciclosporin serum levels (maximum levels reduced by 14%).
This interaction is not usually clinically significant. However, patients whose
ciclosporin levels are at the lower end of the therapeutic range should be closely monitored if they are given
terbinafine.
