Marked increases in
ciclosporin levels (3-fold in one case) have been seen in patients taking
danazol.
Ciclosporin levels and/or effects (e.g. on
renal function) should be monitored as a matter of routine, but it may be prudent to increase monitoring if
danazol is started or stopped.
