1-2 mg/kg/day PO q6-8h (max 120 mg./day)

Cipro HC Otic; Antibacterial, Quinolone; Corticosteroid; Otic susp per mL: ciprofloxacin 2 mg,
hydrocortisone 10 mg; >1 yr: Instill 3 drops into the affected ear(s) bid x 7 days
