AZOLES AND DIURETICS - EPLERENONE WITH FLUCONAZOLE

Fluconazole increases the AUC of eplerenone by 2.2-fold.
The dose of eplerenone should not exceed 25 mg. Monitor for an increase in dose- related adverse effects such as hyperkalaemia.
