AMPRENAVIR WITH KETOCONAZOLE

Amprenavir increases the levels of ketoconazole by about 50%. Ketoconazole only modestly increases the AUC of amprenavir.
Dose adjustments of ketoconazole or amprenavir are not usually needed, but monitor high-dose ketoconazole for adverse effects.
