AMIODARONE AND PHOSPHODIESTERASE TYPE-5 INHIBITORS
Vardenafil slightly prolongs the QT interval (by 5 to 10 milliseconds). The manufac- turers therefore contraindicate class III antiarrhythmics such as amiodarone. Consider also drugs that prolong the QT interval.
Avoid concurrent use.
